Email and support are handled by node2-support-service. Includes tickets, feedback, and configurable email templates.

Email templates

Uses Resend or similar provider. Add RESEND_API_KEY to node2-support-service.
Tickets & feedback

- Users submit tickets from the dashboard
- Admin manages tickets at
